The PortaSound PS-3 was released at 1980 and is the high-end model of the line.
It's an analog keyboard that generates sound using filtered square waves.
You really get a lot with this surprising vintage analog keyboard sound. It boasts a lot of notes also polyphony + various rhythms in Yamaha's higher-end vintage keyboards. The special effects are cool. Volume knob has some crackling sound.
The Yamaha PortaSound Ps-3 keyboard.also has a real stereo amp and speaker built in. Also a nice eighties suitcase,
