Very beautiful Triumph Spitfire Mk3 from 1967 up for auction:
Triumph Spitfire in the unique colour Riviera Blue, completely restored and is in concours condition.
This amazing MK3 convertible from 30 June 1967 from the 1st series is entirely restored from top to bottom! Complete restoration report, photos and invoices present.
The Roadster has repainted rims in the colour Old English White with perfect tyres.
In the original Triumph colour Riviera Blue with completely new chrome.
This colour combination is truly beautiful and quite rare.
The interior is fitted with new leather seats and is also in a great condition.
Exterior:
This Triumph Spitfire underwent a full body-off restoration, it received a completely new paintwork and the sheet metal parts were replaced in case necessary, also the entire chassis was sandblasted and treated with powder-coating. The Triumph has new suspension, brakes and all of the chrome parts and rubbers were replaced at the time. The doors close perfectly, the seams between the screens and doors are also perfect.
Also fitted with original Lucas headlights, a new Maniflow exhaust system with a beautiful deep sound.
Stainless steel bullet mirrors, new badges and logos, chrome windshield wipers, chrome Monza tank cap.
The soft-top is also new and closes perfectly, this Triumph also comes with a tonneau cover and a soft-top cover.
Interior:
The interior has two original black leather seats which are reupholstered and fitted with new foam, a wooden dashboard panel with original Smiths clocks, a walnut gear knob from Triumph, a rubber handbrake cover and new Triumph mats and fitted with an original black carpet set and new black door cards.
The steering wheel is original, made of bakelite and covered in leather.
Truly in an excellent condition on the inside and outside.
Technique:
Equipped with the original 1296 cc 4-cylinder engine with 75HP power, a perfect 4-speed manual and SU carburettors. The maintenance history is known and is present with extensive documentation. The mechanical parts have been completely checked in our workshop and the car received a full maintenance service. This Spitfire MK3 is in a very good technical condition and received a complete engine overhaul in 1995.

This original and likeable Spit MK3 is truly a beauty, as it should be, a very neat English sports car.
The Triumph was owned by an enthusiast, restored and maintained with passion.
We have an extensive documentation folder available, as well as invoices and the ‘owners workshop manual’. In addition, a couple of nice and original advertising brochures.
