Regarding the shipping time we would like to correct you - Catawiki reported the article as paid on the 6th September. We promptly shipped the package in the agreed time frame of three working days (see tracking). The delivery by DPD happened on the 18th September. The delivery time is within the given frame of 3-10 working days set by DPD for deliveries abroad.
The shipping cost was clearly presented during the auction - thus we cannot understand the subsequent discussion. The weight of the package is not the criterion by which the cost is calculated. DPD calculates the cost for all international shipments via a volume/format index - the weight is not part of the equation. By deducting the 15% Catawiki auction fees and time for packaging the article, we essentialy end up with zero profit on the shipping cost.
